    We experienced a brief issue that caused some sync operations to fail between 17:09 and 17:33 UTC. This happened while we were restoring part of our internal analytics system.     Our developers discovered that the issue was caused by a change we implemented yesterday. We are currently reverting that change to resolve the problem.

    We have identified a syncing issue in shared projects where changes (like adding or completing tasks) do not sync immediately to other collaborators' accounts. These changes only sync after performing a LOLI (Log Out and Log In) or after a long wait.

    As a result, notifications for task assignments and completions are also not functioning properly, which may cause delays in collaboration. Our team is currently investigating this issue.

Sync issues across devices

    A fix has been implemented and should be available in the web app version v8738. If you're experiencing this issue, please log out and back in again on the desktop/web app.

    This issue specifically caused tasks that were reordered on the mobile app and then modified to not sync correctly to the web app. No data was lost; however, if you edited the same task that wasn't syncing on your desktop/web app, the changes made on the mobile device will have taken precedence.
